July 6, 2017 at 5:25 pmI have an interview tonight for a full time youth minister opening at my church. I keep going back & forth whether to accept if it is offered. I pray for wisdom, clear direction, courage, & faith. I could retire from my company in 7 years, so maybe I should prepare for a delayed transition, but who knows what time we have left to work for the Lord? I want to trust & put his plans & timing first, or do I?

July 6, 2017 at 5:32 pmDo it. God is with you.
This word came from 1 Samuel 2:30 Those who honor me I will honor.
I am praying now – if you feel peace know God is there and wants you to move forward
As it is written test what I say.

July 6, 2017 at 11:22 pmWhat a joy and a privilege it will be to work for the Lord full time. Either way you can choose to “do all things unto him,” and you will be blessed and a blessing-however, I believe that you and your soul will prosper the most if you should decide to follow your heart. You will find the joy that you have longed for. The money will be there. The Lord provides and we don’t have to figure out how he is going to do it. It is a beautiful and remarkable thing to trust him with our lives. Those youth will be immediately touched because of your willing heart and obedience.
