Hi family,
I am coming up on 1 year as a dabber, and I honestly cannot imagine my life without this podcast and community – you are all my family – for REAL & I pray along with & for you all – so be very encouraged!
I do need some prayer for my family. My son Kyler was born with childhood apraxia, this is a neurological disorder that is like being born with issues from having a stroke. It has affected his learning abilities, his speech, and his motor skills. Praise GOD that he has been healed of the motor skills disability & can now speak – but he does not speak like most kids -he is 12/yo. He also has anxiety, as does my wife Anna and oldest daughter Baylee (16/yo).
Kyler has just started middle school and my dear wife has taken on home-schooling him – she is very overwhelmed with this on top of caring for the other 2 kids. Baylee is currently seeing a counselor, but has a long way to go – she also suffers from self love issues.
So – we need prayer for my son, my wife, & my daughter – that GOD can get us through these tough times for His glory. I know He will – He always does…..He is so faithful & His mercy is so great!
I also ask that you agree with me that GOD will take away the spirit of anxiety from our home – completely!!! Help my son feel more comfortable talking to others, he is embarrassed of his own voice & scared to speak – somewhat like selective mutism, but it stems from his disabilities.
I ask these prayers in the name of GOD’S precious SON > JESUS !!!! If He wills it – it will be done!! Amen!!
