February 18, 2023 at 3:39 pmDear all, I ask for prayer for my daughter. She is off tomorrow on a week long trip with school. She is not terribly experienced with sleeping away from home so I pray that she may be brave, have an experience of knowing God’s presence with her, keep her and the rest of the group safe and that she may learn that in the Lord she can do all things. Thanks

February 18, 2023 at 3:50 pmDear Heavenly Father, Send them out in safety and provision…may we have great hope and guidance in living our lives in a way that honors You. Please help us to stay focused on Your truth and to trust in Your promises. We pray for the strength and perseverance to continue to follow You faithfully. Help us to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and to find our worth and value in You alone.
And as we seek to live for You, we ask for Your help in encouraging one another and building each other up. May we be a community of believers who are united in our faith and love for one another, supporting each other. We thank You, Lord, for Your greatness and for the grace and mercy that You extend to us each day. Help us to live in a way that honors You and brings glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

February 21, 2023 at 11:19 amThank you and I keep valuing your prayers. Update-she did not go on the trip as she developed a fever. It was clear she could not go. By the next morning the fever was gone but she still had a headache and tummy ache. That evening she did not want to join the group late- she was in tears over it. I wanted to encourage but not force her. After some discussions and prayers the next morning she suddenly said she wanted to go. Praise God. I have just dropped her off with the group, happy with her best friend. Please keep praying as she is nervous about sleeping in a strange place. I pray that she may keep learning who she can trust in. Please pray for safety for the group. Thank you.
