Hello, I only started listening to the DAB this year, and haven’t had the confidence to call in, but I am requesting prayer for my daddy and grandad because they do not yet believe in God and the Bible and I would like to share the word of God with them even more, but I don’t know how. Please could people pray that God will work in their hearts and help open their eyes to HIM <3. I love the community and how supportive everybody is, it is extremely uplifting to hear everyone’s prayers and comments and beautiful encouragements. I love the poetry people are writing as well. Be that living example to them , and as they see your ways they will somehow question why you are different . Also pray that God gives you boldness because he reminds us in his word that He has not given us a spirit of fear , but of POWER and a sound mind .
Remember we are in a battle ! The battle for souls ; 1 side is God and the other side is Satan so if you don’t do anything then automatically who wins ? See the logic . Look at this as a war and you are trying to save your family from the lake of fire , so be bold and this can only come from God and by you praying and walking in fellowship with him .
May the Lord use you to plant the seed into your family and surely someone else may water the seed and with that said your family can receive salvation. I pray the the lord will soften their hearts so that they may receive His word

So I need to remember what Paul told the Phillipian jailkeeper. “Believe on the Lord and you will be saved. You and your family” None of Jesus earthly brothers were saved (believed in Him) before His Crucifiction. Yet they became leaders later

January 17, 2017 at 9:07 pm🙂 Thank you for the extremely encouraging replies and prayers it’s really lovely to hear about what has happened in your lives as well, thank you. It’s also uplifting to be united in prayer with everybody. These are my favourite verses from the Bible, I thought it could encourage everybody as well:
Philippians 4:6-7New International Version (NIV)
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
and:
“Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life.
