I’ll keep this short and to the point.
Since getting married ten years ago, my wife and I are the closest we have ever been to being able to buy a home. Trying to save for a deposit is impossible for us given that we’re in our 40s, have two children and pay an astronomical rent each month. Unfortunately we’re not able to call on family for the kind of financial help required to get together a deposit either. However, we have been offered the absolute minimum deposit required by some close friends. We are now just waiting to hear a decision from the lending underwriters.
This is an absolutely HUGE deal for myself, my wife and our children, and has the potential to positively influence our children’s future security as well as ours.
I’m asking that you pray for Gods influence to be ALL OVER the decision making and the decision makers. That they look at all the information and are satisfied with our application.
