Praying

Don’t give up! School is tough, it is tough because you are growing. It pushes your limits and you grow, not just academically but spiritually also during these times of trial. You will find yourself asking for Jesus, asking for God, its humbling to know that you need God and need strength, that you have met your limit and need that love. It feels terrible now, but I promise looking back you will smile on these little moments of pain where you really had to push. Take a deep breath, see yourself finishing this homework, this test, this class, the next and the next until graduation. What will that feel like, knowing you accomplished your goal?

God, I remember the trials of school, I remember the staying up late, pounding caffeinated beverages and cramming the books, notes and hard complex homework. Lord I remember the stress of each test, one after another, did I pass, did I fail. Lord I even remember wanting to quit, and I would say, well I have come this far, I should just keep going, so its not a waist of my efforts till now. Lord I remember praying to you before every scary test, to clear my mind, help me pass. God I pray that you send your Holy Spirit to do the same, give strength, give courage, give hope and give vision to accomplish the goals of graduation. Yes lord send the holy spirit to calm the nerves before the tests, clear the mind during study time and homework, fill with the love of God, remind of that Love. With every paper turned in, with each homework graded and with each test passed and each class completed, lets be reminded of how grateful we are that we are not alone and that we have God to rely on. Praying for success in graduation of school, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
