Abba Father! Holy is Your Name! Thank You for God’s Sunshine and her beloved husband. O Lord, You know what they are going through. Help Gary through this; reveal Yourself to him and allow him to hang onto You. Strengthen this dear couple to seek You and to find rest in Your loving arms. Guide them, Holy Spirit, as they seek direction and give them confidence that their steps are ordered by You. Despite this hardship, allow them to grow closer to You. Open Gary’s heart to begin to see things as You do. Give them a deep understanding of Your sovereignty and an eternal perspective. Let them contemplate 2 Corinthians 4:16-18:

16 So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. 17 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, 18 as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

Father,
It’s easy when being in business for oneself to feel as though it’s entirely on the individual (owner) to make the business a success. This can be a trap that can not only wear us out but, can lead us to forget that You want, and earnestly desire to be at the center of everything that we do. When we slip into doing things (our own way) or by our own self-effort, many times we fall short of not only our desired goals for the business, but more importantly Your blessing that You desire to lavish on the business. But when we get, or allow You to be involved with every aspect of the business, things generally work out for the best. Some times all it takes is that we need to do is to make a few minor adjustments that will better position us under the glory ✨ spout of Your favor, where Your blessings freely flow. 🙏🏼 Abba, reveal to Your son exactly what it is that he needs to do differently in order for his business to thrive and to be a blessing to not only his family but to his employees also. Thank You Father, that it is Your will to prosper him even as his soul prospers (3 Jn. 2). Also so that he would be able to be a blessing to others as well…
