In Luke 1, when an angel told Zechariah that his wife, Elizabeth, was going to have a baby, he said, “How can I be sure of this? We’re too old now.” The angel said, “It’s going to happen, but now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens.” That’s how powerful words are. God knew that if Zechariah went around speaking words of defeat, such as “This isn’t possible,” that would stop the promise. God has spoken promises to your spirit that may seem impossible. Don’t talk yourself out of the miracle. Your words have creative power. When you speak something out, you’re giving it the right to come to pass. It’s one thing to believe you’re healed, but when you say “I am healed,” that releases the healing. It’s not enough to just believe you have favor or that you’re going to fulfill your dreams. Nothing happens until you speak. Get in agreement with God. Dare to declare what He put in your heart.

January 21, 2021 at 6:00 pmAmen! Jesus taught his disciple’s a very important lesson about faith, and the words that we speak when they were coming from Bethany one day. Scripture say, Jesus saw a fig tree afar off. And he was hungry, but when He got to the tree, there were no figs on it. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. #9 words is all Jesus spoke.
Jesus and his disciple’s went into Jerusalem where He overturned the tables of the money changers, and the seat of those who sold doves, and declared! that My Fathers house shall be called a house of prayer. afterwards, He, and His disciple’s left the city, and in the morning the Bible says, they passed by the fig tree and they beheld that it had dried up from the roots. And Peter reminded the Master by saying behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. Then Jesus says to them, Have faith in God. ( Some translations say, have the God kind of faith). Jesus taught them through this, a very important lesson about not only how faith works. But, also about the power of the words we speak. Just #9 words, that’s all it took to dry up the fig tree. Our words are seeds. And what we say, will bring a harvest. What kind of harvest we get, is up to us.
Pv. 18:21,
” Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” In other words, we will have what we are saying eventually. Something to consider.Thanks for sharing. love the Word of God, it brings life. 💓

I prayed a prayer out loud that I have been praying for but I know that I did not have the faith it would be answered. In speaking out loud with the power of the Holy Spirit my heart changed It was a lessening of the burden and worry. My prayer has in fact been answered my heart is overflowing that I have such a loving merciful God. Thank you
