February 14, 2023 at 3:33 pmI’ve posted a couple times about my 16 year old who has become burned out and depressed having some significant attendance issues with school. He lives with my ex-wife, so its been difficult watching from somewhat afar as he seems to be throwing his academic future away and causing legal issues for himself, my ex-wife, and potentially myself. The Lord has been good and prayers are beginning to be answered, as he now has attended a full day of school for the past two days. We still have a long road ahead of us for him to get well and recover academically, but for the time being things are looking up more than they have in a long time. Praise our Heavenly Father for answering prayer!! Please continue to pray for my son’s recovery and that he will be led to a relationship with Jesus. I also ask that you pray for my current marriage, as all of the problems we have had with my son over the last 7-8 years have really taken a toll on our marriage. My wife and I still love each other very much, but I fear the constant major problems we have had with my son have her considering leaving, and we have two young children who would be severely affected by this. I’m hoping my wife will stay with me through this, since we are only about a year out from my son being 18 years old. Its just been a stressful time through all this. I’m trying to keep praying and let God handle this, but its very difficult to stop worrying. Thanks for your prayers, Chris

February 14, 2023 at 11:10 pmPraising the Heavenly Father will continue to restore your son from the stress he has endured lately. May He also continue to remind you He has got this! Not one ounce of worry will add anything to the situation. In fact, it will just take away. It will take precious time from your health, from your enjoyment with your son and from the trust you have in our Lord! Leave your concerns at the cross for He is Mighty and Able to do all things! In Jesus’ worthy name, amen! 🙏🙏🙏🕊️🕊️🕊️✨✨✨❤️❤️❤️

February 15, 2023 at 8:05 amFather in heaven, I pray you will strengthen this dad. May his daily walk with you be impacted by his time in the Word here. May he find verses that speak to him that he can hold on to and pray back to You. Your Word never returns void. May all of his children come to know Christ as Savior and Lord. Bless his marriage with new joy and hope in the Lord. In Jesus name

February 15, 2023 at 12:58 pmHi Chris, I’m echoing these prayers of my DAB family regarding the good LORD being your strength, and Him being faithful. Also, the rightly spoken word concerning releasing all of your care onto the LORD, and trusting Him to work this all out. Again, I’m agreeing with the wisdom offered concerning remaining in God’s holy WORD, and asking the Holy Spirit 🕊 to lead you to verses that will encourage, and strengthen you. Praise! God for the counsel of the saints. I’m praying you hear the voice of the LORD when reading this passage of Scripture. And that you personalize it, and take it to heart. (Je. 31:16-17), — THIS IS WHAT THE LORD SAYS: “Refrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded,” declares the LORD. “They will return from the land of the enemy. So there is hope for your descendants,” declares the LORD. “Your children will return to their own land.
Father, we claim this promise over Chris’s son. We also ask that what the enemy is meaning for evil in regards to his marriage would be destroyed. We ask that You break the jaw of the enemy. And that Your blessing would continually flow in their marriage drawing them closer to You, and to being one with You…In JESUS mighty name. Amen! 💓
