July 27, 2019 at 10:39 amI requested prayers for my nephew, Nathan, who came home from prison almost 2 months ago. I called the request in and put it on the prayer wall. At the time, my sister (his mother) was sick and in a lot of pain and I requested prayers for her as well. My sister’s severe back pain, which she’d been to the Dr. and chiropractor for without success, was immediately completely healed and has not had another problem with her back since. She’s able to cycle and be very active again. God is good!! Also Nathan is doing miraculously well and has been a good father and bonded with his little boy, and has a good job and is doing great providing for his family. None of this could have happened without a miracle from God.
I’m not doing well at all. I shake and cry and it’s affecting my career – I actually started crying at work yesterday and I’m afraid of what’s going to happen. My job is extremely stressful, and my son has some very bad stuff going on. I’m not sure what’s wrong with my son. He married a terribly mentally ill woman 6 years ago. I and his grandparents and his stepdad and dad all advised him against it but he married her anyway and now things are going horribly for him. He had to quit his job to stay with her 24/7 to keep her from killing herself and their children. He can’t leave her alone with them. For some reason he blames ME for his unhappiness and he has totally disowned me. He hasn’t spoken to me for well over a year and I haven’t seen him in about 3 years. He moved about 700 miles away. Suddenly, now, out of nowhere and for no reason I know if, he has got it in head that I’m dangerous and that I want to kill him and his family. He says I’m a violent narcissistic psychopath and he thinks I’m going to drive all the way to where he lives and kill them. I’ve never done anything violent. I love him with all my heart and would never consider hurting him or his family, and he has no reason to believe this. He has become terribly paranoid. I had asked his grandparents for his address and sent birthday presents (just some princess dresses from Amazon) to my granddaughters and now my son has moved and refused to give his grandparents his address because he says he’s afraid of me. We’re afraid he and his family may actually have become homeless but we have no way of knowing. I don’t know how my granddaughters are doing and they need God’s protection so badly. They’re 5 & 6, and their parents have not allowed them to go to school because “schools are evil,” and they won’t let them go to the doctor because “doctors are evil.”
I’m afraid my son has become terribly mentally ill or that he’s on drugs or something and I can’t stop thinking about it and crying all the time. The tears come at the worst times. Also at work, things are so very stressful right now. My coworker had a heart attack from the stress yesterday – please also pray for blessings for her. Please pray that the stress level at our job will diminish and that all of my coworkers will be able to do their jobs without difficulty and that everything will be OK at work.
All the stress is getting so bad that I can’t calm down at all. My throat closes up sometimes when I try to swallow. I can’t keep my makeup on because of all the crying – and my job involves working closely with hospitalized patients, doctors and nurses all day. I can’t be like this!
I listen to daily audio bible every day and pray for the people who call in, while I’m listening. I pray to Jesus for help. Things are just not getting better. Will you please pray that the evil spirits be driven far away from my son and his family and that they will be filled with the peaceful holy healing power of the Holy Spirit? Please pray that my son and my granddaughters will come safely home, and pray for God’s will to be done for his wife and for her to get the help she needs. Please pray that my anxiety and fears will go away and that I’ll start feeling better, and pray for me to do well at work and not be so stressed out, PLEASE! Please pray that God will bless my career abundantly and that I’ll do His will every day at work and that my performance will be very good.
Thank you in advance. God is Good.

July 29, 2019 at 8:39 amWe are saying hallelujah for the praise report dear God! Your promises are true to those who follow You. They are like stars…the darker the night the brighter they shine.
Father, thank You that there is a place Stacy can come to share her burden. I pray that she look to You for Your wisdom and understanding as it says in Your Word so she will know, daily, moment by moment, what to do. I pray for the children who are involved in this state of affairs. Lord keep them in You care and, whatever it takes, Heavenly Father, rescue this family from the clutch of the enemy.
I thank You Father in advance for bringing those alongside who can and will sow and water seed that brings about household salvation, and restoring a sound mind to Stacey’s son and daughter-in-law.May Stacey and the others in her family draw close to You at this time. May they find warmth and encouragement in their local fellowships. May they choose to stand firm in You and sink her roots down deep through it all, for You are faithful.
Stacey, when you go into work and you see others who are stressed, as opportunities present themselves, offer to pray for them right on the spot. It could be at a lunch break, in the parking lot as you enter or exit your job. It does not matter if they are saved or not. Just do it. Greater is He that is in You, sister. God has given you the grace to let your light shine in that mission field.
The Word says also to pray for those in authority. If you have not done so, begin to pray for your supervisors and others in authority over you. Pray for their salvation and for wisdom to operate in their positions of responsibility well. God may open the door for you to pray with them as well. I do not know the details of your work setting, but begin to speak by faith about your place of employment and what you, by faith, see God doing in your life and in the lives of those to whom you have been assigned to bring and be the Good News of the Gospel.
Stacey, keep plenty of tissues handy, and do not fret, as the song says, tears area language God understands. May your tears of sadness be turned to shouts of joy!!!
Father, may Stacey sense your warmth in a tangible way today. May those around her sense Your peace and calm as she prays for and with them. May she let her light shine before them that they see her good works and what You are dong in her life and glorify You.
You are the Mender of broken hearts. As a mom, she is grieving, but I know that you will turn her mourning into gladness. May she daily, moment by moment, be encouraged as she draws close to You.
Thank you Father.
