Yes, Lord, standing in agreement with these prayers for our beloved country. We have all sinned and continue to sin. Give us all a strong desire for You and Your ways. As we vote this November, we pray that Your will will be done as to who our next leader will be and how the election news is received and handled by each and every person. Yes, we pray for our leaders for their job is overwhelming and they need Your help. Restore civility to our land, between individuals and groups. Have Your way, O Lord. Your way, Your time, Your purpose. Blessings

Thank you Father, for the country of the United States Of America. And for how You have blessed America. The blessing on this great country, in a lot of ways, is the direct result of how it’s people have voted in the years proceeding. We acknowledge that it is a privilege given to us by You, gracious Father. To be able to vote for who we believe is the best possible candidate to lead our Country. And, that we as believers in Jesus Christ have a mandate to, as best we can, to select the best person who’ll represent our values as believers in Christ.
As believers in the Judeo Christians ethic. We must, as those who represent the “One True Holy God”. Approach the casting of our vote, with respect, and with a reverential fear. When we vote, we not only are declaring who we desire to be in office. But, we are in the manner that we vote, making a direct statement as to what we believe in our selves. We must with careful consideration, make sure that how we vote, lines up with biblical ideas, and principles, that establish how we as Christians are to honor God, and His Holy Word
above anything else.
We must look carefully at what each party stands for. And not at just the personalities that are running. Help us Father to take a good long look at what each persons track record is, and how they have voted on issues that are important to what is important to You. If we aren’t sure of where the individual stands, lets just say on abortion issues for instance. Then, we better take a real hard look and see what they believe in. And how they are more than likely to vote on important issues in the future, that will directly affect all of our nations people. God, You will hold us accountable for the way we vote. The way we vote, is probably more important to You, than it is to us.
Lord, give us wisdom, and a heart to hear, so we cast our vote come election day, in a way that pleases, and honers You. And in an manner, that agrees with what the Bible teaches. Help us to see through the smoke that sometimes can obscure our view from the facts. Keep us dear lord, from believing any lie. Let truth prevail, and let righteousness rule the day! And may we vote in the man that You desire to be in the highest position in our land. One who will stand for what’s right, and decent in your site no matter what comes. And will stay true to his convictions, and will lead, as they are lead by you “All Mighty God!” We pray that You bless! America, and her people.

Father, I pray for the US as we continue to head into one of the most toxic political times in recent history. I pray for community among believers as we head to the polls, more importantly, I pray for unity in the country, regardless of the outcome of the election. I pray that we would lift up all of our leaders in prayer, praying for wisdom, knowledge and the conviction to make decisions that would not only benefit them but that would honor you. I pray that you would step into the middle of this present darkness and bring the light that only you can offer.
