Prayer for justice wisdom and favour in a workplace situation

    I am currently facing a serious situation at work that could affect my job. There has been an allegation made against me following an incident, and I have a hearing coming up soon.

    I genuinely know my intentions were not wrong, but I also understand how the situation may have been perceived. I am asking for prayer that truth will come to light and that the situation will be handled with fairness and wisdom.

    Please pray that I remain calm, consistent, and wise in how I speak. Pray that I do not act out of fear or pressure, but with clarity and self control.

    Pray for favour and mercy, especially as I am still on probation. My hope is that this is resolved with understanding rather than severe consequences.

May you be honored and glorified and May the ones responsible for making decisions be filled with your love and mercy. In the name of Jesus.

    Lord, after working a lifetime in HR, I know through your guidance and support in many discipline or incident discussions there are always two sides to every story. May the appropriate and real facts come to the forefront from your guiding spirit, may the supervisor or manager reviewing the situation have enough depth in his investigation, and wisdom planted by you dear Lord, to make a decision that is weighed appropriately and gives cause for Triune to learn a lesson at most. May the decision as always be yours and directed by you Holy Father, Amen. ccarr035

    Beloved, YOU’RE NOT ALONE I consider it an honor and privilege that you would allow me to stand in agreement with you in prayer. ~Isaiah 54:17~ No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgement, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the lord. The righteousness, is from me. Says The Lord…….. No weapon can outlast what God has spoken over you. It is definite not the silent kind that slips into your thoughts at night, or the loud kind, that shouts in your mind the moment you wake! Not fear, shame, the voice that questions your worth or God’s love. They may form, or strike, they may come cloaked in anxiety, guilt, noise that never seemed to let go. The Lord wants to reassure you, that they will not rule. You are NOT fragile, you are covered. What fights against you, is Not greater than who stands behind you. Jesus has wrapped you, in the covering that can’t be seen by human eyes. That TERRIFIES DARKNESS. Father, you know the details, and the truth of this matter. It is not made of armor or words, or your ability to keep it ALL together. It is made of righteousness. God’s NOT YOURS. This is the inheritance HE placed in your hands, this the legacy HE has written all over your name! The JUDGE of ALL the earth has reviewed your case, and is issuing divine verdicts in your favor. May You be given Him praise for ever and EVER. 🙏🏻❤️🕊️
