Last night a homeless Christian man came to my home seeking shelter I am a single woman recently divorced from a very abusive man. I still have court for a stalking and restraining order against him coming up. I want to help this person but I also want to use God’s wisdom and guidance as I really do not know him

Thank you so much for your request . Here is what I will tell in honesty – whether the person is a Christian Saint , pastor , bishop name it .. the fact is that this is a man and ANY man can be tempted by Satan ! Only Jesus was tempted yet Overcame so in as much as you want to be a kind godly woman my answer is DON’T allow him into your house .
Remember you were just recently divorced so the enemy can lie to you and make this man seem harmless .
We have so many homeless shelters so check them out and advise this man to go there please .
I just don’t want you to jump from frying pan ( your ex) to fire 🔥 ( the homeless man )May God by the power of His Holy Spirit guide you .

You have a generous heart but you need time with just God.
Think if there is somewhere that may help him. But dont EVER feel any need or pressure to take him in.
Take time to think pray and seek advice on what God is calling you to do. I think it will be something you enjoy that comes easily. Before this however I think God may want you to REST IN AND WITH HIM.
I am praying for you in this situation, but more that you would have time to get close to God, sense his love and see him work for you.
