July 12, 2018 at 10:21 amThere are genuine hurting, authentic humans on here. Those humans have every right to feel and share those hurts, feelings, emotions, thoughts even actions/behaviors. There is a desperate desire to be known and heard. I get it because I too experience those same things. However, please consider your audience, dear friends, there are wolves in sheep’s clothing. There are gossipers throughout. There are prayer requesters who announce their own full name and then gossip about their friends or family members’ misfortunes. Still there are others who masquerade pretending to care but instead post lavish prayers of piety or boast how perfect their life is. No body is perfect if you disagree then you might be living in a covered box. Bryan reads and speaks biblical truths. Listen…the help to fight our battles is in Jesus Christ and His helper. Also, lastly, make sure to use discernment before posting. Hebrews 4:12, I Corinthians 2:14, I Kings 3:9,11; Philippians 1:10, Proverbs 8:8-9, Hosea 14:9, Romans 12:9 and many more.

July 13, 2018 at 4:41 pmLord, please provide the discernment in our prayer requests and responses. Give us the right-hearted words that heal and soothe the grieving soul. Forgive us for any prayer request or responses that do not glorify You, Almighty Father. Convict any area that we might not sin against our brothers and sisters in Christ. Give us the grace to forgive those that might use prayer as a form of gossip or harm. Strengthen us in our hour of need and thank you for DAB prayer warriors and Your Loving Care in our lives. Amen
