During her time, Jezebel had been allowed to perpetuate horrible things upon the nation of Israel. She worshipped the demon principality Baal and caused the nation to do the same.

But the problem I would like to point out today is that Jezebel did these things because Ahab allowed it. Jezebel was not the king; she was only the king’s wife called the queen, but not carrying the same power as the king. Ahab outranked her. Ahab the king was the ruler of the land. And Ahab knew about the evils Jezebel was perpetuating, sponsoring, and endorsing—but he did nothing to stop it. He did not stand up for what was right.

As it says in 1 Kings 21: But there was no one like Ahab who sold himself to do wickedness in the sight of the Lord, because Jezebel his wife stirred him up 1 Kings 21:25

The demon principality we often call “the Jezebel spirit” begins its unholy work by fostering rebellion; then by drawing people deeper into the rebellion of sexual perversion; then, eventually, into the occult and the blatant worship of Satan.

And the spirit of Jezebel can only operate because the spirit of Ahab allows it. But, what would happen if we all allowed ourselves to be so filled with God’s Holy Spirit, and with His valor, that we no longer permitted Jezebel to operate?

And if that kind of strength and bravery is not a manifestation of God’s Holy Spirit, I don’t know what is! Think of it! What would America look like if we rose up in the strength of the Lord, and in the power of His might, to say NO to witchcraft, sexual perversion, and the worship of Baal? If we did that, then perhaps

O friend, Will you rise up today and pray for every person in the USA to be filled with God’s Holy Spirit of valor, and for both Jezebel and Ahab to be cast down and destroyed?

Did you pray today for an outpouring of valor that will cast down the spirits of Ahab and Jezebel? Father, In the mighty name of Jesus i pray that YOU pour out Your Spirit of valor on every American. Let Your valor work through us to cast down that foul spirit of Ahab, which gives permission for the Jezebel to operate in our nation. Let us rise up in Your strength and throw Jezebel out the window, that Your righteous rulership may take precedence in America. We thank You for Your mercies, which are new every day. We thank You for bowing low to hear our prayer of petition right now. We praise You, for You are a just and merciful and upright God, in whom there is no compromise nor shadow of turning. Righteousness and justice are the foundations of Your throne, and it for the cause of righteousness that we come to You today. Heavenly Father, we recall to mind the words of the young David, who was a man after Your own heart. He cried out, “Is there not a cause?” when Goliath the Philistine was soothsaying over the land of Israel. Well, Father, in these days, Jezebel is soothsaying over our land—which is Your land. The spirit of Jezebel has been perpetuating the enemy’s witchcraft, Satan worship, and false prophecy over our land. And the weakness of Ahab has allowed it to happen. But together with David, we cry out today that there IS a cause. There is a reason for us to stand up and fight evil, and that reason is Jesus Christ our Savior. Your Word says in Psalm 2 that all nations and even the ends of the earth belong to Jesus as His inheritance and possession. So we cry out today for You to intervene in our nation, that these United States of America may be delivered into the hands of Jesus as His holy inheritance. Father God, in Jesus’ name, we ask that You would pour out Your Spirit of valor on every person in America. And as You do: * Let every person become indignant about injustice and unrighteousness. * Let us love righteousness and hate lawlessness and wickedness of every kind. * Fill us with that strength of mind and spirit that allows us to encounter, confront, and defeat wickedness. * Let us not tolerate the workings of Jezebel any more! * Help us to rise up, cast down, and cast out all weakness that allows evil to triumph over what is right and good in Your sight. Lord God of Heaven and earth, we claim Your promise in Joel 2:28 that You will pour out Your Spirit on all flesh. “All flesh” includes lost people and saved people; young people and old people; people of every nation, kindred, tribe, language, and people. This means: * You can and will pour out Your Spirit even on people who have embraced “woke” ideology and have been espousing wickedness. * You will pour out Your Spirit on people who hate You, and You will change their hearts. * And You will also pour out Your Spirit on Christians of every variety—even those who have been lukewarm and have not been standing up for what is right. Father God, in Jesus’ name, we agree together and pray that You would pour out Your Spirit of valor upon all flesh. Like Jehu, let us rise up in Your Spirit and in the power of Your might to cast down Jezebel in America. Lord, we ask that Your supreme reign would be manifest, tangible, and evident in this nation. Cast down the evil spirits of both Ahab and Jezebel. Dethrone and destroy the worship of Baal and of Satan. Take up Your holy throne over our nation, and let God arise and His enemies be scattered.
