That reminds me of a conversation I had with my daughter. We bear each others burdens and care. We pray and we hurt. We follow rules and get taken advantage of at times. We take up or Cross which at times is a struggle to not sin. Your find it the type with no moral responsibility in their mind and heart, they don’t care, many even don’t believe in God at all, definitely could care less and there for does not have conviction of wrong. “They did what was right in their own eyes, they did what they saw fit” AND as they don’t care they do not suffer , that is as they seem to not have a care in the world, they conform to the world mostly and seem happy. My daughter seem to believe it is unfair and that our struggle to even have the fruit of the spirit seems to come at self sacrificing which she , like I said , seem unfair.
Father I pray , knowing that every knee will bow, that you will help us to enjoy the fruit of the spirit that is Joy. I pray that people like this friend will be enlightened to you and your kingdom, that you save them form this world , form themselves , and from their world view. Holy Spirit draw them to Jesus, for you wish no one to perish. In the name of Jesus, Amen
