Gracious and Loving Father,

We come before You with grateful hearts, praising You for the relief and deliverance You have brought into our lives. Thank You for granting us the resolution we sought, as the employee who acted in bad faith has chosen to depart. We rejoice in this newfound freedom and praise Your name for Your faithfulness.

However, Lord, we now face the challenge of finding a suitable replacement. As retirement age draws near, we recognize the need for someone who can eventually take over the incredible business that You have entrusted to us. We trust in Your plans, for You promise us a future and hope. Yet, in this present moment, we feel lost and overwhelmed. We humbly seek Your divine guidance and direction.

Father, we ask for Your divine healing in this situation. Bring healing to any wounds or challenges caused by the previous employee’s actions. We pray for restoration and wholeness in our business, allowing it to thrive under Your divine care. Pour out Your miraculous interventions and bring forth the right person who will align with Your purpose and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Lord, we give You all honor and reverence, acknowledging Your supreme and sacred nature. You hold all wisdom and knowledge in Your hands. We humbly ask for Your divine wisdom to guide us in the process of finding a new employee. Grant us profound knowledge and understanding, that we may discern the right path and make wise decisions. Open our hearts and minds to receive Your spiritual insights and divine guidance.

We pray for our Joshua battle plan, Lord. Equip us with the strategies and discernment to navigate this transition period. Lead us to the right candidate, someone who possesses the necessary skills, character, and vision to continue the work You have begun. May this individual be a blessing to our business and eventually carry it forward as we approach retirement age.

In the midst of our uncertainties, we place our trust in You, knowing that You are in control. We surrender our worries, anxieties, and overwhelm to Your loving care. Strengthen us, Lord, with Your peace and assurance. Remind us that You have a plan and purpose for our lives and the business You have entrusted to us.

We lift up this prayer to You, dear Father, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. We thank You in advance for the guidance and provision that You will provide. May Your name be glorified in all that we do. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear Lord, thank you that all events are in your hands. Thanks that you allow us to see your plans, eventually. Thank you that periods of not knowing allows us opportunities of faith and worship and experiences we do not enjoy in times of peace. Thank you for your grace and mercy for the employee that left. Thank you for this new phase. Thank you for businesses you build for the purpose of blessing people and communities. We pray that the blessing of this business may endure.
