Hi DAB family, The people at my job have been triggering my trauma a lot again recently. Yesterday, I was completely exhausted from the anxiety from interactions with my supervisors. It’s been three years of trying to survive and it’s gotten to a really unbearable point for me. I feel completely raw from constantly being jolted and bracing myself for the next thing at work. It’s times like these that I can only lean on God. Could you please keep praying for protection and for God to comfort me and show me He sees me and loves me? I’m claiming that God will get me out and into a healthier job very soon. One with kind people who see me, respect me and support me. For great pay so I can pay off my mountain of student debt. And for balance and work God created me to do to help others. In the meantime, I am leaning on God and remembering to be thankful and learning the lessons God is teaching me in this painful season. I’m also praying for everyone else who’s struggling with trauma triggers and toxic work environment. Thank you all!
