    i would like get closer to god i feel like over time i get farther from god. i dont read my bible in trying to read my bible more pls pray for me i always fall into temptation.i dont feel the holly spirit anymore.

    Heavenly Father, you have said whoever seeks you will find you and to whomever knocks the door will be opened. As joshoncrackk reaches out for a connection with you, please come into his heart by your Holy Spirit. Please help him where he struggles in temptation. Your mighty power can break the power of any temptation. In your mercy, hear our prayers. In Jesus’ name!

    If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John Father in heaven, I pray you will help him trust that your Word is truth. You will never lie. The enemy twists the plain truth. Help him not listen to that. Help him build a small time slot for reading or listening to Brian read. If he can not listen to the whole thing, try 10 minutes. Or maybe he could listen to Ezekiel read from the New Testament. Will you point him in the right direction to build a habit that will save a lot of pain in his life. Help him read and pray about what he sees there and give you his day. Lord, will you give him strength to avoid temptation. Will you steer him clear of temptation. Will you keep him safe in all his relationships from doing anything displeasing to You. In Jesus name

    Dear Lord when Josh reaches the threshold of sin may he immediately pray to you for a way to escape. May he look to you in all things the small ones and the big ones. May he be gentle on his self as he grows closer to you. In the loving name of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray

    Reading the bible is probably a good idea but doing what it says is where you will find the Creator. Father Yahuah (YHVH) Bless this dear one as he works out what and who you are. Father even as we read the bible we realize your holy name has been replaced over 3,000 times with “LORD”. We want to find our true Creator. The Creator of heaven and earth. We want to know you who put the stars into place to mark your appointments times (Day 4) and Psalms 19. We want to know your Messiah (annointed one) that was in your plan of salvation from the beginning. The second Adam who would unlock the curse of death and provide the Way to eternal life. The firstborn son from the grave. Father give this dear one wisdom and understanding. Blessings!

    Lord, our walk with You is a journey. Many times we wont feel Your presence. That doesn’t mean that Your still aren’t there. It just means that we are growing, and Your allowing us to walk by faith. Like a father or mother, who let’s their child walk for the first time. The parent let’s go, but is close at hand so when they fall, their right there to pick them up and comfort them. Then send them on their way again. God is just like this in the way He deals with us. God want us to learn to walk, and to walk by faith. He also wants us to want to be close to Him. Like any father yearns to have their child return their love. The Father’s love for us isn’t measured by how much time we pray, or by time spent in His Word. He only desires that we love Him in return. He Just loves us no matter what we do. That’s just who He is. Try not to be so hard on your self. Just commit to seeking Him more. and be honest tell Him your having difficulties being consistent. He already knows. But, just talk to Him about it anyway. He will help you to become more disciplined. Give it some time and watch what He will do. He will always honor a heart that is sincere, and truthful. The mere fact that you have posted here, is proof, that the Holy Spirit is already working in your heart, and your on your way to a closer relationship with your Lord.

    Psa. 27:14 says,
    “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.”

    Jesus, we lift up Your child to You and ask for revival and transformation in their heart. We pray for a deep hunger and thirst for your word. Move in their life and help them draw closer to You. Give them the strength they need. Jesus, we pray for Your word to be their foundation and their life. In Jesus name, amen!

    I lift this person up to you Father, you are the author and perfector of our Faith and I pray you would show up in a mighty way for them. Give them a hunger for your word and a thirst for things of you! Your word says, “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10:13‬ Lord, I pray that you will always provide a way out for them Father! In Jesus Name I pray Amen!
