Father in heaven, Please help this friend to fill their mind with your Word. I like to recite the first and second chapters of John if I can’t sleep. It has nothing to do with sleep but it helps me. Please make them aware of anything they need to remove from their life or from their presleep time. Lord, we know you are sovereign. You are watching over us. Help them maybe spend a little more time in prayer before sleep comes. I pray you will guide them through this difficult time. May they be blessed by your presence always. In Jesus name
