April 13, 2017 at 4:43 pmDAB Family! Bless all of you!
May I impose an exercise? I have been struggling with anxiety over a love relationship and God has helped me make great strides in my inner healing.
Will you all please post a reply with a scripture about fear, anxiety, whileness, healthy mind, etc, and anything else that is relevant to this topic? I will start:
2 Timothy – For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

April 13, 2017 at 6:31 pmBrother Ken,
Here are the scriptures 🙂
philippians 4:6-7
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Matthew 11:28-30 NIV
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”Colossians 3:15 NIV
15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.2 Thessalonians 3:16 NIV
Final Greetings
16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.Psalm 55:22 NIV
22 Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.1 Peter 5:6-8 NIV
6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.Psalm 56:3 King James Version (NKJV)
Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.
Thanks!

April 13, 2017 at 8:17 pmAmen and Amen Sister Shelia – man that is power food for the soul isn’t it:-)
A few from me….I love Isaiah!!!
Isaiah 35:4
Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.”Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.Isaiah 43:1
But now, this is what the LORD says– he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.Isaiah 54:4
“Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”Matthew 6:34
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our LordAlso Psalm 23 ROCKS!!!
God bless your easter Sister Shelia and Brother Ken.
