    Please pray for me to do the correct things to do in order to lose weight. Help me to eat the right foods. Stay away from sugar and salt . Would help my blood pressure if I did. Start walking at least 3 days a week. God Bless DAB.

    Abba Father! How You love claudialeach08! Pour out Your Grace upon her and give her Your Peace. As she follows You Lord, guide her to the path she needs to take. Remind our dear sister that self-control is a fruit – a result of knowing You. Galatians 5:22 She need not strive for it but take control of her thoughts and bring them into alignment with Yours. Praise Your Name, O Lord as You pour out Your Grace upon her and she allow herself small steps toward You. In Jesus Name!

    Yes, Amen! Father thank You that residing within Your beloved daughter. Is the power, via the Holy Spirit to walk in self control. She doesn’t need to try to do this on her own, or in her own strength. Spirit of God, help your daughter to make consistent right choices where her diet is concerned. We thank You, and praise! You that You are our helper and that we can lean on You for everything. We thank you in advance for the victory in overcoming this battle.

    I’m praying for you Claudia. before each meal or snack, before each walk, upon waking & sleeping, ask God to help you be consistent in new habits, to keep your personal physical temple healthy in order to glorify Him. I’m lifting you up to the Lord now in Jesus’ absolutely brilliant name. amen amen & amen! .

    Father in Heaven, please guide and bring light to Claudia in her walk to live a healthier life. We are not praying for just the results of weight loss but the desire to be in a body that would please you. Lord please guide her to live a life according to your Will when it comes to diet and exercise. AMEN!
