May 20, 2021 at 5:33 amPlease pray for me as I am quite sick. I’m also very critical and angry. I have bad thoughts that assail me and people around me are making my life even more miserable. My church has and continues to hurt me by cutting us off or not wanting to say hi to us.

May 20, 2021 at 9:25 amDear Lord you cautioned us in your word to guard our mouth and control our tongue. To live in a spirit of thanksgiving and peace. May this be our goal. In the loving name of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray.

Lord,
Help us to pray for those who ‘spitefully misuse us’, for that is Your will for us.
Help us to turn our face to You for our comfort, help and to provide, for no one else can really do any of those things like You can.goingupsoonPrayers: 20097Requests: 1132
May 20, 2021 at 12:29 pmLord,
we pray for this persons health, both physical, and spiritual. We pray that You restore health to her/him. According to Your Word (Je. 30:17) “For I will restore health unto thee, and heal thee of thy wounds saith the Lord.” We ask Father, that the wounds of the spirit be healed especially. (Pv. 18:14) “The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?” The wounds of the human spirit if not dealt with, and are left to fester, can cause a root of bitterness to grow in us. A bitter spirit not only harms us, but those who we love also. Lord, lead Your child to repent for harboring any bitterness towards any one else. And lead them to be able forgive those who have for whatever reason offended them. It is hard to do this in our own strength. But thankfully, we don’t need to do this alone. Praise God! 🙌 for the Holy Spirit who when yielded to, will enable us to make proper decisions, and “He” will lead us to make proper choices. Lord, remind us that we aren’t responsible for the choices that other people make. But, we are responsible for our choices. Help us to forgive all who have ever spoken a negative, lifeless, non productive word towards us. Because in doing so we not only release them. But we are release ourselves, from the sin of bitterness. We pray, in Jesus mighty name. Amen! 💓

May 21, 2021 at 8:35 amIn case you have not been told this, “we love you in this family of believers.” Sickness is difficult, but a hard-heart is bitterness to the soul. You have confessed you are critical and angry. Praise God for your confession. Ask Him to forgive you and to help You see yourself as He does. You are His, created in His image and you are not a mistake. I’m going to say this plainly. God hates a pity party, and we are all guilty at times. Say hello first! You might very well be greeting someone who struggles much in the same way you do. If we wait on others to read our minds, when all we really want is to be loved, and a part of… we will often wait the majority of our lives, and become sick in our bodies, angry and critical. Father God, help your child to be the love and to take that step first! Help her to be received with love and encourage her and strengthen her as she trusts in You. Surround her with like-minded believers who will embrace her and help her to overcome self-introspection. In Jesus’ Name. Let it be so.
