Dear Jesus, I pray in your holy and precious name to strengthen the resolve of this person now and each day she chooses to say no to drugs and yes to you. Help her to ask you to take captive every thought and desire. Remind her to call on you each and every time the desire comes into her mind. Let her know that each time she cries out to you that you will be with her and that you are far mightier and greater and fulfilling than any drug there is. Bless her and give her a mighty testimony for your glory. I pray all this in the matchless name of Jesus. Amen.🙏🏼❤️

Father in heaven, I thank you for bringing audreabethune to the Daily Audio Bible. I pray you will end her addiction as she surrenders it to you. I pray she will gain strength from hearing Brian read and comment on the Bible and from the prayers and encouragements of the community. I pray she will try the weekly Saturday posting of the community getting together to pray for needs and sing and give thanks. Bring her all the help she needs. Our eyes are on You. In Jesus name

Dear sister in CHRIST, I can along with many in this community relate to your struggle. Many can testify to the amazing grace of our heavenly Father, and to His unfailing love. For me personally, it took complete surrender to the LORD MOST HIGH, to receive deliverance from 18 years of drug and alcohol addiction. For me it took hitting absolute rock bottom, before I had enough sense to completely surrender to the LORD. For me there needed to be a admittance on my part that in my own strength, I was powerless to change. It took a willingness to turn away from the things that for years my flesh enjoyed. It took my crying out for help with a heart of contrition, and brokenness towards our loving Creator like your doing now. It took courage and believing, that if I would give it all to the LORD, that He in turn would step in and help me to get free. It took faith and a willingness to walk away from what had become my norm, and to trust in the God who I believed loved me so much that He sent His one and only begotten Son to die in my place. It took faith to believe His promise that he thinks good thoughts towards me and not of evil. God’s never, nor will He ever, entertain a bad thought about me or you for that matter. I had to trust that what He says concerning what He thinks about me is true because He’s not a man that He should lie. That what He thinks about me are thoughts of peace, and that He desires I have a hope and a future, and that I prosper and be in health. These are some of the things the Holy Spirit lead me to consider. My prayer for you is that you remain sensitive to the things He desires you to consider. My story is my story. What God speaks to you, and drops in your heart is what’s important. Look inside, become more God inside minded. Spend time waiting on Him—“Be still and know that I am God.” He’s endeavoring to get you to the place of total surrender. When you finally arrive there, that’s where you’ll find freedom. Father, bless Your daughter with a life free from addiction. In JESUS NAME. Amen! ♥️

Praying for u. I also had addiction with alcohol and pot smoker. I found every time I drank I was hurting my lord. I felt like I was putting another nail in His hand. I prayed no more poured the last beer down the drain and when I did that The lord took the desire away from me. Totally a Devine appointment. When you do your part God does His. praying for u.
