Stepping out in faith. Reasons I love church

    This morning I’ve had a hard time sleeping. Lots going on in this excited new believer brain right now. I literally feel like I just barely said yes to Jesus this freshness of life. It’s too early to get started for the day, and to late to go back to bed. 1st headache, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, and I really don’t have time to deal with you today, God has things for me to do. And just because I’m talking more about the lies, doesn’t mean I’m gonna take migraine attacks either, so now that im understanding where you are coming from, Get behind me Satan. Ok now for some fun… Thank you Jesus for 1 persons courage, though she is always courageous, to invite me to her church, though I was saved, and was going to a Bible believing church, I wasn’t being decsipled , I know spelling, please help me, and now that I have been for the last 5 years, here is my Sunday joy. 1 I actually have an encounter with God 2 I am equipped to function as a member of the body 3 I CAN CLAP IN THE SANCTUARY 4 I CAN WEAR PANTS, not that I don’t like to dress up, but really, now that I don’t have to ever, I rarely choose to. 5 children can run and play in the church without being told to walk and fold their arms. Father God forgive me for becoming one of the adults who stifled the little children. But now I see, what did I know, Father protect their hearts as you protected mine. 6. I love interacting with my pastor, saying Amen, or whatever just learning what a vocal congregation looks like. Lol. Well I’m grateful for many things. On that note, my headache is gone, I must go shower, I also sing on the worship team, which is something else I LOVE singing to my God. And learning what does My worship look like. That is really where my individuality started showing up. I love to sing but a worship team? It isn’t just about singing on the stage, it’s a whole other animal. Maybe for tomorrow. Love you guys Oh and because I promised Father God please bless my supervisors and managers and hey, the entire United States Postal Service Management team. Thank you Jesus I love you Angie

    Yay Angie!! SO happy to read about what God has done and is doing for you!! You are loved!! SO fun! SO awesome!! I celebrate with you!! I love all the points you shared and are grateful for. Wow! Such simple things I take for granted really, having never known anything else. It reminds me of a time when I was in high school and I was at my boyfriend’s house inviting him to go to church. His Mom said, you’re not going to church in a swimsuit are you??? I said, sure, why not? She looked shocked. She was not a believer. I was. I knew God loved me no matter what I was wearing and that He’s rather me be in church in a swimsuit instead of not going at all. He understood my plans to hit the beach or pool after church. Some may not agree, but oh well. That same friend who said he didn’t believe there was a God once said to me as we were out walking once. “You know, I never believed there was a God, but because of knowing you, I know there is.” I always remember those exact words he said, where we were walking and how stunned I was. I said nothing. Not a word. Not during, after or ever since. Weird huh? It is weird because I’m a talker. I just think I took in the moment and was witness to God at work in someone I loved and someone He loved. I’m still taking it in, I guess. I pray for him. One day I’ll talk with him about it. I’m praying about it. Why wait? Go and make disciples is Jesus’ command, right? Yes, I agree, but God does have His timing for things and I find it’s best to follow as He leads and trust His timing. People may surely disagree with that, but in my years, I’ve learned that God’s not in a rush (like I usually am).

    I love that you’re on the worship team! So cool! I love that!! And I LOVE that you’re praying and blessing your supervisors, managers and entire USPS Management team! WHOO HOO!! Bless em BIG time, Daddy!! I know You’re honoring your girl for being so mindful, humble and obedient to Your Word. She IS BLESSED!!! I love it!! Thank You Daddy!! I’m oh so proud of her and can’t imagine how much MORE proud You are. A proud Papa. There’s really nothing better than that! Encourage your girl! I lift her up to You, thanking You for all You’ve done, are doing and will do! Thank You for healing her headache. Keep her pain free and praising You! You are SOOOO good!! I worship You! You’re the BEST!!! WHOO HOO!!!

    Confuse the Mormon church and take it completely down! I’m asking. I’m believing. I’m ready to see You do it! YES I AM!!! I give You all the glory, honor and praise!!! It makes me sad to hear about it from Angie…things I never heard. You’ve seen all along. You hate it. I do, too. Put an end to it, Daddy. I pray You will choose to do it soon! Prepare your people to be ready for it! Open up up the floodgates….let them in to The church!! It’s a NEW day!!! WHOO Hoo!!! Change has come!!! I will dance like David danced!!! Heck I’ll even drive out to Utah and dance with Angie!!!! Ha ha!! No joke! Oh Daddy! Thank You for giving me faith to trust You and obey You no matter how it appears to others. I LOVE You!! Have Your way!! Amen and Amen!!!

    Praise God!! Lord I pray for the safety, welfare, blessings and lives of all those associated with the USPS. I pray for continued growth and blessings to rain down on Angie. In Jesus Glorious Name thank you!

    Well janel, I’m coming to more Gathering I haven’t paid yet that is January paycheck, but God has it for me. I don’t want to spoil tonight’s post, but huge day at Service today, DELIVERENCE for Angie, I didn’t see coming, but I have to be obedient right now and get back to my machine at work.
    Thank you God for my job, I’m so blessed, I really really do love my job. I’ll talk about it to.

    Thank You, Father, for Angie. She is a breath of fresh air and so joyful to finally have met You, face to face. Sometimes we don’t know what we have until we see it through fresh eyes. So thank you, Angie, for being those fresh eyes to us today. God bless Angie’s friend who invited her to worship! Thank You, Lord, for Angie’s job, but even more, thanks that she loves it. When we do something we love, we never have to work a day in our life. Thank you, Angie, for doing your part in getting the mail where it is suppose to go. I know we received alot of mail this year…

    Okay, after reading Janel’s prayer for you, Angie…if she comes to Utah to dance with you, so will I ! We’ve got a God-glorifying party starting. Thank you, Janel, for being the best encourager.

    Oh RIGHT ON!! I love how you jump on board, Gail!! You are the best!! That will be SO fun!!! I’m watching and praying and waiting expectantly!!! When my prayers are answered I’ll be planning the trip to pack up the car and the kids and drive to Utah!! A-M-A-Z-ING!!!! SO exciting!! Father, just like You brought the walls of Jericho down, I am asking that You do the same with the Mormon church. Close up all the temples. ROCK their world!!! May it come crashing down!! I’m not being violent or asking for anyone to get hurt- I’m asking for You to destroy the false religion and free all the people from the lies of the enemy and his rule. JESUS reign in each and every life!! YES!!! That’s my prayer and I’m sticking to it!! Thank You for my friend and sister, Gail, who is ready to dance with me!!! WHOO HOO!!! Let it be!!     Guys I want to tell you about today but I just read the last to posts and I’m just crying, I feel like I have just been adopted by two aunts and and I’m not even sure of your names and sign ons but God is making you familiar to me. So I’m going to share the reason for my email/username (remember I have to use things I can remember, so as a child my favorite aunt on my dad side called me Angie Gail . Now my this next part I say not for sympathy but for context, my mother died when I was 17 and only one of my 6 combined aunts stepped up at all. My heart was very orphaned. I have been completely delivered. But having no children and loving my nieces and nephews and finding I have such an Auntie heart, I now both love adopting nieces and nephews and being adopted and in my local body, I’m well adopted.
    So All I want to do is tell you two about all the people and things I love and what I’m doing and if I only have you two, I have an army. I have already learned so much.
    My church is a praying , worshiping, church, I have seen God move.
