April 9, 2018 at 8:32 pmDear Estela: I’m sorry about your brother dying from a heart attack. Giving thanks you have a doctor who is proactive. Fear can grip us if we let it, but the good news is that when we are in Christ we don’t have to let it and He gives us the power to overcome. He tells us to cast our cares on Him because He cares for us. Isn’t that awesome??? I LOVE it! The world is full of so much, there is always so much coming at us at times. I remember when a recent mammogram showed “something” and they called me back in to get closer pics to see what it was. It is not a comfortable feeling or the news I wanted to hear. Immediately, I decided to trust God and if it was something like cancer that would take me out, I was looking forward to heaven and seeing Jesus face-to-face. I thought of having to find a Mom for my kids/wife for my husband. Then I handed it all over to God and told him He was in charge and I trusted Him. As I waited for the results, of course, I prayed and asked that it would be nothing. I was SO thankful when I got the news that it was nothing. Whoo hoo!! All that to say I understand how easy it is to freak out and stress out. But we can choose not to let the enemy of rob of us peace, joy, faith, hope and trust in every situation. Just tell him, no. Tell him you’re trusting God and will praise Him instead of wasting your time on fear, negativity, etc. Then praise God and thank Him for answering prayer. He deserves our worship all the time! Let’s give it to Him!
Father I thank You and praise You for Estela and her request. Thank You for letting me pray for her. I ask that Your Presence would overwhelm her and be greater than her fear/stress. Let her rejoice in You and pray about everything then trust You completely. Let her cast her cares on You and leave them with You. When fear or stress comes let her take those thoughts captive and cast them on You. You give us the power to overcome sin and temptation. Let her not give in to the temptation, reason it away, etc. Guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. I hope she will be with her brother again in heaven. Let her not worry about that either. Let her focus on today and love and share the gospel with those who are living. Oh Father, You are SO good! Today was trying and I grew weary, but You lift me up and even allow me to pray for others which I love doing- You know. I’m lifting up all the women who will be serving at the Women’s Retreat and all those who will be part of it. Bless their preparations, travel, accommodations, food, worship, teaching/learning, relationships, growth, and more. Bless them all! Do amazing things! Change lives and show Yourself…kind, loving, forgiving, caring, powerful and AMAZING!!!! You are all that and SO MUCH MORE!! Show Yourself Holy! You are holy! Thank You that I am in Christ and His righteousness is mine and is available to all who believe and receive Christ. YES! I love that! Thank You! Thank You! Let Estela rest in You and worship You as she awaits her tests and has them. Let her doctor and the assistants even see You shining in her Wednesday. Let her comfort others at the doctor that day and pray for them. And let her heart and health be fine. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

I lift my sister in Christ, Estela, before you and ask that you p!ease, give her Your peace and the knowledge that you are in charge and how very much you love her. Please cast out all her anxiety. Please, let these tests show good and reassuring results so that this uncertainty can be lifted from her.
Send Your Holy Angels to comfort her and your Holy Spirit to bring clarity in place of fear. May she be surrounded with your love and light now and forever.
In the Precious Name of Jesus, I Pray
Amen
Dear Sister,
They say we have until the very last second to choose Jesus. I am praying that your brother is with Him right now.
It is understandable that this kind of testing would bring concern with it, but try to keep in mind that it is for screening, a thorough physician making sure you are not at any risk. ( I do understand, I had a colonoscopy last month 4 days before my brother died of colon cancer, and I sure was thinking about that. But it came out fine and I believe yours will too!)
I will keep you in my prayers…much love🌼🙏🌼Jillfrankopoy68Prayers: 4384Requests: 52
