Too many responsibilities; overwhelmed by my business at end of my career

    Getting control of backlog, direction in letting go of my practice and having balance in my life Been stuck for a few years now

    I am so thankful for your prayers. I am having a very difficult time managing my time and responsibilities. I have difficulty staying asleep and wake up late, giving me a feeling of not in control of my life. My husband wakes up on time every day. He’s not happy with my schedule and my employees aren’t either. I have only had one employee lately. The day she was getting ready for her vacation I put too many expectations on her and she had a melt down. We have been friends for years. I handled it poorly due to fear she might resign. Unfortunately that is exactly what happened.! She gave her notice while on vacation and is leaving in a couple of weeks. It will be a miracle to find replacement in 2weeks & orientation will fall in me when she’s gone. I am way behind and have multiple responsibilities. I feel so stressed. I appreciate your prayers. My personal life has been affected and my home life. Home is a mess, can’t keep up with friends, and Birthdays etc.
    Got to hurry & get to work now.

    Dear Sister Marie,
    I pray that you find a way to build God into your routine daily so that at those moments of prayer, worship or the word you would sense the peace he can give and that you would be positioned well to carry on. Put all your cares to him, trust him with your employees and in his word let him work on your heart. Pray before you speak to new people that God would give you words and help you see the person you need.

    My sister just as our brother Andy stated please add God to your schedule. We have a saying that says ” hurry hurry has no blessings ” that is why the Bible even tells us ” Be still and know that I am God ” ( Psalms 46:10)

    I learnt this after making many mistakes and trying to rush God so one day I went to the front of the church to receive prayers and this lady told me ” God does not want you to run ahead of him ” so I am now learning not to rush especially when it comes to God because he really can’t hear us when we are so much in a rush ! He wants that intimate relationship.
    So my sister know that we love and are not chastising you but this is for all of us to learn to slow down .

    May God restore your life to the natural rhythm so that your hormones will be balanced to avoid unnecessary stress . Also as your life gets in balance so will your relationships.

    I really feel sorry about your situation but know that you have to be the one to start the change by telling yourself ” slow down please ”

    Trusting God to speak to you and that you will hear okay my sister 😊So just slow down and I pray for favor upon you as you search for a new employee
