However pain is but a faze and that your journey does not stop with tears. Through faith and hope, you are going to find your laughter again. lets explore how to rediscover, laughter, embrace healing and move toward a future fill with light and happiness. It’s time to believe in bright days ahead. Job 8:21 He will once again fill your mouth with laughter. And your lips with shouts of Joy. Beloved, I know that right now, joy feels far away, and laughter seems impossible. You feel way down by sadness, and it seems like the light has been dimmed in your life. Be assured that this is the end of your story. Your tears are temporary, and your heart will heal. You can trained yourself to be emotionally resilient. Mentally tough and unshakably confident. No matter what life throws at you. Your emotions are a choice. No one is able to make you feel anything without your consent. Things happen, people say and do things. But you get to decide how to interpret those events. And what meaning you assigned to them. You can’t always control what happens to you in life. But you are always in control of your attitude and how you respond. You can’t always control the wind, but you can adjust the sails.😩🤭 For example let’s say someone harshly criticizes you, if you tell yourself they must be right about me. I am worthless and not good enough Then of course you will feel hurt and deflated. What if you told yourself, that person must be having a bad day to lash out like that, but I know my own worth, and i won’t let their negativity dim my light. Suddenly you take back your power! Beloved, You can trained yourself to be emotionally resilient. Mentally tough and unshakably confident. No matter what life throws at you! Your emotions are a choice. No one is able to make you feel anything without your consent. You can’t always control what happens to you in life. You can be in control of your attitude and how you respond. Make a plan to sit down with a friend to help you organized your schedule. That way, you can have much peace, and not be so overwhelmed? Look for ways, to place boundaries! If you keep on going with so much stress, You are not going to be much of help, to yourself and others. “If you don’t take time for your health. You have to make time for your sickness.” Your body is not made of steel. I love and care about what happens to you. I am surely praying for you. God be with you, today and always. Your mercies never come to an end. They are new and not old, never stale like day old bread. We trust in You. Your Word is not trite and dead or inanimate. It is alive, as a living thing or entity, let it be in me, that faith that comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God and through You this day as the living Word as we embrace Your words in truth. Father, we acknowledge Your words, Your promises and Your goodness. Make a way through the responsibilities, pressure and life circumstances set before us. Give us Your wisdom and direction from Your Holy Spirit to tack as SD1 describes like a sailboat in these adverse winds. We still go forward with Your grace in adverse times. Let us sail our journey with You by our side, knowing You hold the title deed to our ship that is being sailed. We trust in You and acknowledge that You also own the the seas and can gather the winds and storms, too. For they belong to You, as well. You are God and it is in You in Whom we put our trust and salvation. You are the good God and the Shepherd of Psalm 23. We trust in You and stand upon Your promises, let us continue to call upon You for our help comes from You. Let us be the sheep that hears the Master’s voice and responds rightly to His calling. Yes and amen to the temporal nature of affliction. While it seeks like an eternity to man’s finite abilities to “withstand (without downplaying the actual suffering involved)” still, we know He will make a way of escape and increase our ability to stand, therefore… having done all that we possibly can. Perhaps you are in a season of standing. May I suggest you look up Wanda Algers prophetic word on a Season of Standing. It was sent to me from a dear friend (YouTube) and it so encouraged me to understand the strength in merely standing on God’s Word that He has spoken to our hearts, the courage and obedience in that. It freed me from feeling as though I must be doing something wrong in a tumultuous, and long-enduring trial. Peace be still beloveds. There is much strength in standing with all you’ve got to guard the pearl of great price, a spoken word from God’s lips to your own ear.
