January 14, 2020 at 1:49 pmGood afternoon Dab Fam!
I’m requesting prayers for Miss Ermenia Coronado. In May 2019, she was a perfect stranger to me. by July 2019, we became family as I learned and agreed I would donate a portion of my liver to her in a living donor program through a university Transplant in San Antonio Tx.
I believe in the power of prayer AND answering the calling of God when you hear it. This is exactly what happened, she and her family prayed for a living donor after exhausting attempts from receiving one within their own family. I happened to see the plea on social media and, without hesitation l, reached out and offered up to be considered for match.
Now, God! Medically, apparently, I’m somewhat a miracle as someone my size and with various other small health concerns, I MATCHED! But more so, another I matched another recipient who also had a matched living donor whose liver was slightly to small for him to be able to thrive if transplanted but matched my Miss Ermenia!
So God saw that not one, but two special and deserving beings receive these life saving transplants.
Now here is where we need our prayer community and warriors.
Miss Ermenia recently received news that the anti rejection meds aren’t doing what they are supposed. There’s an option for her to receive Iv steroid. There is a scare that this won’t work and she would again be placed on the transplant list. She also has flu right now.so please join with me, pray for this sweet, kinda, sister in Christ!
Additionally, I hope and pray our story reaches beyond our community that others who are suffering in health, awaiting transplant, struggling with cancer, or anything that would have you to lose hope…to NOT GIVE UP! The Lord hears our prayers and all pain is temporary. Whether our healing comes here physically or is carried on the wings of angels when we pass from here…find comfort, God loves you! I love you!

January 14, 2020 at 11:07 pmHeavenly Father, I stand before your altar in agreement with these prayers for wisdom for physicians and protection of living organ donors. Father, heal Ermenia, in the name of Jesus Christ. Strengthen the faith of all of the donors and recipients as the result of this crucible experience.
