Please pray that my trust in God overpowers my constant thinking and anxiety. Pray that I overcome self doubt and doubts in my relationship. Pray that my son is safe and finds his way. Pray that my faith in God helps me grow to believe that God’s plan will settle my heart and relax my mind. Thank you

Comment: I know that my anxiety comes from my discontent. And then I remember God’s providence. Either God is in control or He is not. Eph. 1:11 shows us that everything has a purpose and ordered by God.I have found a practice that helps me go beyond my discontent. I challenge myself with difficult questions and look for biblical evidence. For example:
1. Can I lose my salvation?
2. What should I think about evolution?
3. When does the holy Spirit come into me?
4. Do I pay my tithes before taxes?
5. Should a woman hold office in a church?
6. Why do bad things happen to good people?
More….As I learn, I become more confident in God’s providence.
