My wife has borderline personality disorder. I hate labels like that, but if you know about the disorder, you know about the “special” problems it creates. We have fights like I never imagined I would ever have with a woman I love as much as I love her. I know she can’t help it when that switch goes off in her head, but I still find myself raging when her great affection for me instantly turns into crazed hate and vilification. I’m beginning to get better at dealing with those times, but still need a lot of prayer if we are going to make it.
