Work overload – meeting manager today

We’re a creative team under new management and so far it’s been a bumpy ride with new boss. Would you pray that a meeting held today will enable workloads to be recognised, realistic plans made, and God’s strategy and assignments for the team clear, and the grace for all of us to serve him willingly in it. (More staff or volunteers would be welcome!)
Right now we’re overloaded and under-creating. If it’s time for me to move on to another job, let that be peacefully clear and may God lead me to it. It’s a big deal to me – this is a cause I’ve served for over 11 years and I have many dear friends on the team.

November 19, 2016 at 12:11 pmThanks jtylerk9, the meeting was a long and challenging one and we’re moving towards a difficult but more sustainable solution. Not out of the woods yet! Also a friend called me today and God is sending some very helpful counsel for this season. Will keep my eyes on God, on his word, and ears open to wise people and see where it leads me.
