Painting is very very slow. Utilities about to be cut off. 1 can of beans is all I have left in this house. Feel helpless. So depressed I just want to wake up in Heaven because I’m just that tired.

My name is Terry and I also paint for a living. I have been there from time to time and it is very difficult. Is there a local church you can go to to get help with groceries and very likely utilities? Don’t be afraid to ask. God provides these places and people to help. I give you my word to be in prayer for You. Do not give up. God loves you and will provide for you. Trust Him and worship.

I am sorry you are going through this. I know this is hard. I agree that churches may be able to help, or to refer you to someone to help you. While I will pray, I would also like to suggest a few resources you may not of thought of.
1.) Is there a food bank in your area? My wife and I were able to get two boxes per month, and it was very helpful.
2.) Salvation Army may have emergency funds for food and utilities. I know they do back home in Kentucky.
3.) See if there is a Community Action in your county. They may be able to help with this as well. You may find this out through the local unemployment office.
