    Lord we commit this day to you. We ask you to direct our thoughts and prayers as we lift up marriages today. Please be at work lord. Be changing hearts, be healing hearts. We ask for a spirit of forgiveness to well up where it is needed. We pray for the whole family, their children, their parents and their wider family and friends. Lord please be sustaining us as we fast today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

    Have your full armor on dear friends (Ephe 6:10 -20)

    Thank you Lord Jesus that as we fast you will nourish us with your spirit and you will make us so alert to hear what you have to say to us .
    We rebuke any schemes of the enemy targeted at derailing this fast .
    Lord Jesus thank you so much for your mighty angels will protect us and those that we are praying for today .
    We are very excited about what you will do for the relationships between parents and their children and between spouses .
    We thank you 😊 in advance Lord for we know many marriages will be changed and we shall keep this as a tradition whenever you lead us to fast we shall do it without even thinking twice .

    Let your Holy fire fall of us as we pray .

    Final prayers this evening. For those who see this and think I have tasted and seen that the Lord is good (1 Peter 2:3) and want more….perhaps consider a marriage course locally run by a church. I know they do them for people to be wed but also for people who have been married a while. God bless your marriages this weekend and beyond. In Jesus name. Amen.
