Uriah, I have just read the latest posts from others and yourself and see that you are still trying to honour God. This is something so necessary, even when you don’t immediately see the benefits. I gather that you do not work for an employer who provides a benefit program that assists in the costs associated with seeing a professional counselor? Obviously, that would be SO helpful as, were it not for being in a union that has fought for these things, I would also not be able to afford a professional. A Christian counselor/psychologist/therapist would be best but God can also work through anyone. Please just be prayerful about it.

Does your church have the means to help you out financially or have someone on staff specialized in marriage counseling?

You also mention that you hope you “don’t mess up again”; is this really the case or are you just blaming yourself unnecessarily? We all need wisdom and, so often, this sometimes all I can ask of God because I just don’t know what else to do. Personally, I have been so lost in direction because my fiancé’s 12 year old daughter has been inflicting self-injury to herself and, although I love her so much, I am dumbfounded as to how to combat this on her behalf. Many who know her/us are praying but – so far – she is still struggling with it as it has becaome an addiction. “Cutting” is , apparently, a type of fad amongst kids these days to punish themselves for whatever they feel is a burden upon their shoulders and this is true for this sweet, intelligent girl. Anyway, I guess all I am trying to say is to keep praying and resisting the attacks of Satan with God’s word. He will uphold you and I continue to pray for your strength in your struggle! Please know that we love you and admire your willingness to ask for help. God will be gracious!

Praying, for all that God wants to do in your life, your wife’s life and this whole situation. He is a God who supplies all of our needs, according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus, including healing, help, wholeness. AND, He will give you the gift of forgiveness for your wife, especially for those times when you find yourself questioning, and will be a shield for you as well.

Our battles are not against flesh and blood but against Satan and his evil forces. My brother, prayers may seem not to work because you really do not see what is happening in the spiritual realm, so I ask that no matter how bad it seems you do not accept what the enemy is saying! He is a LIAR and I sure hate him!
We are praying for marriages this week and for any marriage , let it be GOD that makes the decision on the path forward. We shall NOT let Satan have the last word , I refuse to accept that. So brother as you face whatever it is you are facing say ” Lord Jesus have your way in this”
Don’t let the enemy laugh at you! The Battle belongs to God so He will be the judge. Your wife has a will and oh how I pray that she does repent! Oh how she has been blinded by the enemy to believe his lie. May God set her free indeed before it is too late.

Brother cry to God and don’t give up. If your wife chooses to leave , let it be her that made that choice and not you. You must stand for your family and let God be judge over what will happen. Do not walk out please .
I ask that God sends his angels to wage war against the evil in your house. Please put on God full armor daily and don’t ever believe the lie of the enemy telling you that prayers are not working – in so doing that makes you believe that Jesus was a liar when he asked us to pray.

We have a living God and yes I agree rarely do we hear husbands calling about their wives but as you know we have an enemy that wants to shift marriages BUT God will raise up a Standard against him!

Really sorry to hear this. Yes I pray that you keep the faith with God at all cost and he will bless you. As it says the first law is love your God with all your heart soul and mind. I pray despite her rejection of you and God that you have the strength and ability to keep showing your wife and telling her that you love her and forgive her. It is her choice and if she insists on going I pray that in her time away that she would think about the good times with the family that you are a family unit and I pray she would come to understand the need and value for a relationship with our God. I will keep praying for a break through.

My heart goes out to my brother Uriah. What is sad here is that your wife doesn’t realize that she is chained literally by the enemy. She is so blinded by the enemy that she does not realize it. You need to understand that someone in a normal state of mind would NOT do this , so we ask the Lord to open her eyes. We ask that by the power of the Holy spirit, the Lord will convict your wife and lead her to repentance.

I pray that your wife will not harden her heart. Brother Uriah as a husband you have exceeded my expectations and all I can say is may God bless you. Know that if your wife decides to leave, it will be her that will have made the decision and not you . My prayer is that she reconsiders and returns back to her first love of God and you.

You have a very special type of love sir and i pray you do not let the enemy destroy that. You and the love that you posses right now are very much need in this world.

Those answers may not be answered right away but God is faithful and fully capable of getting you through this and bringing you to something greater.

He is near to the broken-hearted so while you are hurt and in turmoil, he is right there beside you when you sat there with that Gun he sat beside you as well praying and interceding on your behalf. He is with you now brother. Your brothers and sisters are lifting you up from all over and if there is anything that we learned from getting through exodus is that when Gods people cry out he hears them and he sets forth an action. You may not see it now but there is action taking place by your heavenly father in your favor

Do you have any friends that you can spend time with some people at the church you can meet up with. Dont isolate yourself in this rough time we run this race together. Maybe even serve a little more at church if possible something that will allow you to keep your mind off things for s little and allow God you work things out for you
